RXMD
Description
RXMD – Bistable Relay
The RXMD 1 and RXMD 2 relays are designed for general power system latching relay installations, suitable for electrical operations only. These relays are ideal for protection and control circuits, with robust encapsulation that makes them suitable for use in environments with corrosive or polluted atmospheres. They feature a short operating time of approximately 4 milliseconds and are equipped with change-over contacts that can be used for making or breaking operations, providing versatile application options.
The RXMD 1 and RXMD 2 are bistable auxiliary remanence-type relays with two windings. One winding operates the contacts into one position, while the other winding resets the contacts to the original position. The contacts are of the medium-duty type, making them suitable for various applications.
These relays can be continuously energized or pulse-operated, meaning the contacts remain in their last position if the supply voltage drops. If one coil is energized and then the other coil is energized, the relay will remain in the initial position.
Main Features:
- LED indication of activated coil
- High-speed operation
- Medium-duty contacts
- Long mechanical life
- High resistance to shock and vibration
- Low power consumption
